    I purchased *********************************************************************** 2021. There were issues from the start. Installations are subcontracted and the 1st ********* showed up late and left early having installed 1/4 of the square footage. Then promised he'd be back the next day and never showed up. In less than a year a piece of the beveled edge of the plank located between the kitchen and living room broke off. It's the highest trafficked area in the whole house. Floor Traders came out, replaced some planks and left. The installation manager repeated several times they would warranty the install only once. Now, in the same place, forward to 2025 and there is a 2 1/2 chunk broken, a strip off the beveled edge in the same area and 2-3 planks in from the "chunk" is lifting. Luxury Vinyl Plank is supposed to be virtually indestructible but not if it's installed improperly. There were uneven spots in the subfloor (from the previous owner) that should have been repaired before my floor was installed. This repair is going to cost me a lot of money.
