      I had a highly disappointing experience with Dodson Pest Control that felt deceptive and unprofessional. I paid $135 for a termite inspection, but instead of providing the inspection report as expected, the technician claimed there was evidence of termite damage that urgently needed treatment. I was told the inspection report would only be released after agreeing to and completing the treatmenta clear conflict of interest.Skeptical of this approach, I canceled the treatment and sought a second opinion from *******. They conducted a thorough inspection for only $39 and found no evidence of termite activity or damage.I cannot recommend Dodson due to what I believe was a misleading tactic to pressure unnecessary services. Consumers deserve transparency and honestyespecially when dealing with potentially expensive home treatments.

      Online payment system does not work. **************** phone number on my bill says I must call corporate office. **************** rep calls me "sweety, a professional would call me "sir.". Too much run around from Dodson, too inconvenient. Dodson is not ready for prime time. This has happened multiple times. I have terminated their poor service.

      Account #******: **************** called the Dodson Brothers district office on 6/18/2024 and spoke to our CSR *****************************. ****************** was confronted by ****************, demanding that she fix our online bill pay program. ****************** apologized to **************** and explained that our corporate office ran the program and that they would need to be the ones to fix the problem. ****************** went on to tell him she would contact them to let them know it was not working. ****************** offered to run the card manually at the district office for ******, but he once again demanded that she repair the online system, and he would not allow her to run the card for him. ****************** then offered to give the corporate number to **************** so that he could call them and see if they could help him with the system. **************** replied, Im not wasting my time and calling them; you must fix it. Just terminate my account; Im telling everyone how much Dodson _ _ _ _ ****************** then hung up the phone. District manager ******************************* contacted **************** on 6/19/2024 to discuss what had happened the day before. **************** was very polite but again told ******************** that Dodson _ _ _ _ _ _, and they needed to get with the times. ******************** apologized for the inconvenience and offered once again to manually run the card after every service as we do for many other customers, but **************** said he was fed up with the online payment program and refused to let us help. Regional manager ***************************** also attempted to call **************** on 6/19/2024 but failed to reach him. He left a voicemail asking **************** to return his call when available. Based on the facts I have received; I do not believe Dodson has done any wrong. Dodson employees went above and beyond to try and be helpful towards **************** and take care of the issue at the district level, but **************** would not allow us to do so. There had been no other complaints from other customers on 6/18/2024 regarding our online billing system procedures, so at this moment, I am unsure if it was computer or human error with the program.*************************** Region ManagerCell: ************

      My 83 year old mother had a yearly contract with this company. When it came time to sell her house my mother paid them the yearly $95 and told them to hold off on doing the inspection until less than so days prior to closing. They agreed. When she called them to tell them to do the inspection they said it would cost another $200. I have sold real estate for 20 years. The cost is under $100 most around $75. So, my mother said no thanks and to please refund her $95. They lied and said they did the inspection. In order to do the inspection you must go inside the house. No one let them inside. These people should not be in business!!!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of an 83 year old on a limited income. That $95 is a weeks worth of groceries for her!!
