I called capital one about a purchase I made from ******. All I ask was if my rewards were used. I told the lady I could barely understand and so much noise in the back ground I had to about yell the whole conversation. My credit card was stopped a couple months ago and issued a new one. All I ask was if my rewards points were used in the purchase, because they were not showing on the screen to use. I was on the phone with her for at 15 minutes, my question was never answered, I wanted a supervisor, she never got one and hung up on me instead of transferring. I called back immediately, talked to no one but a supervisor and he was just as lost as her. Nothing accomplished speaking to two different people and 30 minutes later. Still know nothing more than I did before I called this major credit card company or at least thats what I thought. All this over a ***** purchase. This just blows my mind.

If I could leave less stars I would. They have zero care for customer and no customer service at all. If you ever need to talk to them it will take hours and no actual results. No care for the people theyre working with. Scamming and hiding loopholes and fees behind acknowledgements and automations. As someone who has all credit cards paid off I would not recommend this company ever.

I paid on an account which had a o balance by mistake. A week later I realized my error call capital one 5 times to have money put on right card on May 2nd this is the 19th and they have put to late fees on my account. The reason they gave for the delay is short of staff.i have $469.22 laying on a paid off card while growing interest and late fees on the other one. Are they trying to steal my hard earned money. I'm really needing help

Where is our cash back credit going to not your bill. This company has been committing fraud for the longest time and needs to be investigated and shutdown. I have seems where my cash back is going to especially if you cant even redeem your cash for your bill or anything else.

Capital One Quicksilver card refused to reverse a $688 from a scam "hotel booking" company, who got the card number from my wife through fraud and deceit. Oddly they continue to support and take charges from this scam company. The room was never reserved, the charges never paid. Capital One's response?? "hey, not our fault they got your card number". The **** company is called ********************. Steer clear. Unfortunate Capital one is in cahoots with this type of scam operation.

Beware of Capital one auto finance! while yes they will extend initial auto loan, the monthly payment, and interest rate is going to be outrageous. capital one does not have a good will clause, also if someone does get behind in payments, they require customers to have checking acct to take advantage of offered payment arrangements and they do not offer extensions until the account gets past certain point. They are also very aggressive with reporting hard pulls on credit when the account is past due but does not seem to report when account is in good standing. If you have to go through Capital one to get an auto loan do so but asap move to another creditor that offers good will clauses........I also find it concerning that there are so many different addresses and they don't communicate with one another the following is the address copied directly from Capital One auto finance website Auto Finance:Capital One Auto Finance ***********************************************************************

I received a pre-approval offer from Capital One, applied, and was approved for a credit card. After receiving the card, I was required to verify my identity with a photo ID and selfie, which I submitted successfully.Soon after, my account was restricted and I was asked to re-submit the same documents. This happened again with an added request for the front and back of my Social Security card. I complied each time, yet Capital One ultimately claimed they couldnt verify my identity.Despite this, they continue to expect payment and are reporting the account to ********************** bureaus, which is negatively affecting my credit even though I cannot access or use the account. This appears to violate KYC and USA PATRIOT Act requirements, as identity should have been verified before approval. Instead, the account was opened, restricted multiple times, and now Im being held financially responsible without access.?What I want Capital One to do:Either complete verification and restore account access,Or close the account, discharge any balance, and remove negative credit reporting.

I wish i could give this mf capital one no stars.. As of tonight I'll be cancelling my capital one credit card effectively after 6 years. Capital one is a rouge company.. No interest and support for their customers, all they are out for is to make money. You will never know this with all their stupid TV commercials until you'll have to deal with some issues with them .. I was duped by a merchant for over $2600. Capital one has repeatedly sided with merchant over me. For every documents they have asked me to provide, when provided, then they have changed the post and game rules. The customer service are also very rude, you will never get any where with them. Almost you can feel it's more of a corporate cultural that they are just following. They put you in a loop. This is really frustrating. I have never seen anything like this. Please don't sign up for this credit card company. h
