    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!!!!! If you want a cheap junk of a frame order here. If you want quality or good customer service look ANY where else. I bought a frame, which comes with no glass, no backing, and you must put it together yourself, it was horrible!!!! the corners would not stay together. I tried to contact them, good luck, can only send e-mail, guess they don't want to hear all the complaint. I had to wait for a responds for a long time. Finally they reached out to ask me to send pictures, really? Then they told me to send it back and I would have to pay return shipping cost myself plus they would charge me a return fee because they could not re-sell it!!! so I ask them why would I spend my money to send it back so they can just put it in the trash? I can put it in the trash myself. I have not yet received a reply..... CONSUMER BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR JUST THROW YOU MONEY IN THE TRASH.......

    I have purchased high quality frames from CFS several times with no problems. This time is different. After many emails, I got this response: “The frame style you ordered is CFSYH120101, and we assure you that there are no blue accents in this particular frame design. When taking the pictures, we use professional light to avoid reflection of flash. Due to lighting conditions or a reflection of light during the photography process, the frame does not show completely black (as shown in the picture you provided from the moulding received) Please note that we do not edit our pictures in a way that would affect the color or appearance of the molding. If it turns out that we made a mistake and sent you the wrong frame, we assure you that we have no issue with providing a replacement. However, please note that any replacement we offer will be an exact replica of the moulding you initially received.” So their professional photos do not accurately depict the frame colors, and to correct their error, they will send the exact same wrong frame. I’m struggling to find the logic in this. BEWARE!!!

    Please avoid at all costs. I ordered my frame in December 2022 and it showed up in June 2023. It literally was four pieces of molding not put together. No plexiglass, no nothing. I have tried every way to get someone to speak to...phone call, email and their texting feature on their website. I should have done my research. Avoid at all costs.

    If you are looking for unprecedented slow delivery, unreliable contact info, undelivered promises and condescending customer service, this is the company for you. Long story short, my frame was just sitting in a warehouse for days. I called (had to make approximately five calls to reach anybody) to find the status. I was then offered a cancelation with a 30% cut. I agreed to that and followed through with an email back asking for the cancelation. A few days later I received an email alert that my frame was delivered. I called back (again had to try five times). The person I spoke with was extremely rude and blamed the incident on UPS. He said there was absolutely nothing he could do for me except allow me to return the frame (I would be responsible for shipping) and reimburse me minus 30%. It's hard to believe this company is still in business.

    Purchased a frame in January and supplied them with all the measurements which I needed. Custom Frame Solutions sent me a frame with dimensions no where near what I ordered. I tried to call them several times but never reached anybody but a message said to send an email with evidence of the problem. I sent multiple emails with the frame with measuring tape on it. They never responded to me. It is now October and I just had to cut the frame by myself. I couldn't get the right angle on a couple of the edges so needless to say the frame does not flush correctly but I had no other choice since I never got a response from the so called custom frame solutions. 1 star is very generous for these people but I was not able to give zero stars.

    As others have detailed, Custom Frame Solutions is essentially built around the idea of scamming you out of your money. The quality of the products they sell are sub-par, items are always on some form of "flash sale," and they do not include all the required parts. For example, I purchased two frames in custom sizes. The frames, which already cost well above their actual cost, did not include foam backing, an acrylic cover, or any necessary pieces to install the photos into the frames. All of those had to be purchased at an extra cost. After paying for the extra pieces, they "shipped" but then never arrived. Customer service was useless, just repeatedly stating that the items show as "delivered" despite them never arriving. There is no way to contact customer support by phone, and email replies are scripted and useless. No replacement or refund was ever provided. Ended up having to address the matter with my credit card company. If you're seeing this review, avoid your purchase at all costs.

    Wow do I ever wish I looked up reviews before ordering from these scam artists. I order 2 frames. Only 1 arrived with my shipment (damaged). They have not responded to any of my attempts of communicating with them. They essentially stole money from me since I paid for a frame that never arrived. The sales on their website are completely fake since there is always 60% off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

    I believe this company is committing Fraud. Joined under a promotion to refund the "club" membership fee after 1st order (I have screen shots of it) and received no refund after ordering and no replies to my multiple emails. They also still owe us the hanging hardware for our frame order. Worst customer service (none) ever received from any company.

    My review is below: Cherylann S. I have still not received resolution from the BBB. My credit card company received a bogus statement from CFS and reversed the charge back to my credit card. I am not accumulating the data to send to them. This company is, in our opinion, conducting fraudulent business practices. Just read the 107 complaints. Thank you, Cherylann
