    My husband and I called Randolph ***** Home Improment when we had to switch over from heat to AC. It wasn't working . Didn't cool the house. When my husband looked at the heat pump is was frozen with ice. Randolph came out and told us what the problem was. That night we had a cool house. I highly recommend him to of my friends already.     I hired Randolph to unclog my main line on 1/2/24. I made several payments totaling $**** by 1/20/24. I have been calling for several days leaving messages and sending text messages for an update and to also send me an invoice. He’s not returning my calls or responding to the texts. Also, i need a completion date in reference to the plumbing issues or some type of updates. Initially I was advise everything would be completed within two weeks. However, we are now entering month two. I am in need of an invoice to have my taxes completed. I previously also hired him to replace an a/c unit over the summer which he did replace. However, I am have difficulties receiving an invoice for the services. I feel he’s being very unprofessional by not responding. When services are provided to customers communication is very important. My next step will be to seek legal counsel. I am hoping I can resolve this issue soon with Randolph. I will provide an update in reference to the resolution soon. I have a contract with a real estate agent to put the property on the market and has made Randolph aware of the severity of this matter.
