      The driver was professional and friendly, willing to place the large boxes in our garage, took care to place them right side up. These things seem like small things but they really made a good impression. Delivery notification was great as well.

      ******** and Will were the employees who delivered my packages. They were wonderful and very kind! They communicated and were patient with figuring out the best way to get the truck into my apartment complex. They were very professional and very helpful. I wish every delivery company had employees like them! Thank you again!!

      The two staff were very professional, communicated well in advance when they were arriving, and arrived right on time. The product was like 300+ lb, and they carefully delivered it inside my house.

      I apologize for my bad language I am very upset because I am 71 years old and disabled, and there is no one to help me move a very heavy mattress. Estes Forwarding Worldwide is the worst company in the world, and I don't know why they are still running a business. I placed the order on April 2 for a pickup of the mattress on April 8, 2025, between 12 and 4 pm, and when no one showed up, I called them, and their response was terrible and stupid that these mentally ******** people are asking me to leave the mattress outside. They would come tomorrow anytime from 8 am to 5 pm. These idiots never consider the potential damage a mattress could face from ********* torrential rains. They refused to inform me by phone before arriving, and when I told them about the possibility that anyone could take it if I left it outside, these backward idiots did nothing but say that they were not responsible for that. It's crazy.

      A lot of communication about delivery date and times. I did not catch them when they arrived, (they were a bit early) but was hoping to as I would have preferred it being placed in my garage. But no harm done, they were quick and efficient in their delivery and it was much appreciated.Package was delivered in great shape, and placed at our back door. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Thank you Estes Forwarding Worldwide for a job well done.
