    Stay away from this company at all costs, they are not interested in working for there clients just interested in making the most for them. They do take pictures but lack in the description of the items, either they dont have the expertise to adequately describe the items or just dont care.. We were told that the charge would be around 4500 but after the fire sale, I say fire sale is because thats what it felt like. The auction brought approximately 8500 and we cleared *******. They keep a bit more then there estimate of *******, what a joke.It would been better to take our possessions outside and setting fire to them!!If I could give less then one star I would. Terrible customer service. Terrible marketing.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS Honestly look for another way to either sell or donate your possessions.
