      I haven't purchased from this company in years. I just received an email confirming the purchase of a lamp that I did not buy or authorize. I have tried to get in contact with the company via email and phone and am getting no response. I have asked that they cancel the erroneous purchase and refund my card.

      Unfortunately it appears this business is a scam or was hacked itself. I received an order confirmation for an order I did not place, then when logging into my account show no history of orders. **************** number does not go to a working phone line.

      We purchased 4 ceiling fans a porch light fixture and an outdoor lamp post all total a $ ******************************************************************** the store before leaving our first mistake. We got home and one of the boxes noted a black light fixture and we ordered bronze. We checked sure enough it was black we had to take it back and swap it out. When the electrician arrived to install everything he called my husband outside when he was beginning to work on installing the lamp post it was dented in 2 places. We immediately called *** and got the answering machine; I left a message. ********* our salesperson called me back 2 days later. I explained the post was damaged, however the electrician installed it the best he could to try and hide the damage and we wanted a new post and *** to cover the costs of the electrician coming out to replace. ********* said shed have to speak with her manager. The manager ********* called the next day I explained the entire issue to her and she said we cant pay for the electrician to come back out, we have the posts in stock you could have picked up a new one that day I said how would I have known that, no one answered the phone nor called back after I left a message for 2 days . The best she could offer was 20% off. I said I would check with my husband. My husband called twice and left messages for ********* she has never called him back.

      Ticked off about a purchase! Is this a normal business practice? They did a pending purchase for 1 ***** more and then they did a pending purchase for the actual amount the same day. I called the uShades of Light and they said they do a pending amount that will fall of in three to five days and then they do the transaction amount. How is this legal? This reduces my available balance until the one pending charge falls off: thankfully, I have enough in my account, but what if I didnt

      I received a warped mirror and had to send it back. The same items are on Amazon for 1/3 the price including free shipping and free returns. The mirror had the same complaints on Amazon. They would not refund me for the shipping cost. Their products are incredibly marked up.
