"We used Mitchell Homes to build out home, we signed in October 2021 and the digging started day 149 March 2022 and we made it by one day to keep our rate lock. From there the house started to go up and then stopped with framing for months and we had lots of rain and were very concerned about how much water sit on the materials, then finally after many calls, emails and texts a roof went on and then it sit again and then each item seemed to have the same story." ...
