      The excellent customer ********************** I once experienced went out the window this go round. This business will take your money give you faulty parts and blame it on you when it no longer works. I only used this service bc ***************** sent them out to replace my car key, sold me on a key fob which I spent nearly $200 for and within 3 months the remote no longer worked. Replaced batteries only to realize that the remote deprogrammed (Ive purchased key fobs from other businesses and never had to get reprogrammed 3 times in one year) I had no problem going to them due to the malfunctioning remote (travelled 30 mins) everything worked fine, then a couple months later the fob doesnt work again. I called and was grateful I only had to go 6 mins away to get reprogrammed only for 5 days later I go to unlock/start my truck in 20 degree weather w 3 kids and the doors wouldnt unlock. Texted and called asked could I please come to them today due to being 9 months pregnant and delivering my baby in the morning to get reprogrammed and was ignored sent to voicemail and told to stop calling. So now Im left to use a key to manually unlock the driver door rush to start otherwise the alarm will go off and then unlock the other doors to let my kids in the car (2 under 1 years old) in 20 degree weather. **** was my initial contact the first 2 interactions. These last two time was 2 different guys **** was no where in sight. Spend your hard earned money at your own risk, this business doesnt have 1 star reviews for nothing.

      Hi ***** Thank you for voicing your side, opinion and review. To start. Your warranty had ran out a long time ago but We still have programmed multiple remote multiple times to your car. Always letting you know that keys do not unprogram themselves. Only the car can unprogram a remote. You called yesterday while I was in the doctors office with my daughter. I responded with an auto text that I was not available but would return your call as soon as possible. You continued to call and text to the point I had to ask you to stop calling me. I told you we would program it again but that it is your car that is the issue. You called and texted 57 times in 10 minutes and started threatening me and my business. So much that I had to block you. As you can see all over the internet we provide 5 star service for 99% of our clients. We all know there will be some people that just can not be helped. Good luck to you and yours.
