      To whom this may concern I’m emailing in regards to how my pervious issue was handled. My family and I went to your Chesapeake battlefield location in Virginia. My issue is that I went to review my receipt and I saw that I was up charged on my food ,when I approached the waiter about the charges she took it to her manger who by the way never came to apologize or anything . which tells me this happens on the norm it’s not ok, people work hard for their money and don’t deserve to be over charged The waitress comes back and says the manger gave you the 2.00 back a new menu this wrong menu was put out , but I looked at the menu and other menus on other tables it’s a problem for me that they tried to fool me and play me like I’m stupid like it was not the same menu that was never changed. I thought of reaching out to you first before the news because this is definitely illegal i took pics of my receipts and your menu this is not ok and the way of apologizing is even worse I will not be coming here again when u have dishonest people and I still tipped your waitress even though she brought back the menu but she did what she was told! I will post this on every social media sit. Thank you for reading my letter for me it’s the principal.
