      This clinic has a poor rating because it lacks the capability to perform relevant hearing tests. When I contacted the clinic the individual who answered took my information and said he would "mail" the new patient forms to me. I asked him, are you sure? why not just email it. I never got the forms before my appointment. Worse than that, I told him what three tests I needed: auidiogram, tympanogram and tinnitus eval. When I arrived for my appointment an hour early, I had to fill out the new patient forms anyway. When the doctor (Dr Grote) saw my referral she came out and told me they only do the audiogram. What a fiasco. This clinic needs to be removed from all referral lists. I took time off of work and traveled a great distance for nothing! I informed the clinic that referred me to remove them from their listing of clinics for audiology testing. Next Level Hearing Care is a No Go.
