      I am having a hard time getting them to collect my trash. At one point I waited a month and several calls to customer service and Fairfax county ( from September 26,2022 till around 10/23/2024) to get the service.
      Again, they missed scheduled pickup 2 weeks in a row.

      American Disposal Services are crooks. I had signed up 2x week trash pickup and paid extra for it, they reduced to once a week. On top of that the trash and recycling is never on time, sometimes 3-4 days late. Last time my yard waste was outside for over a month, the paper bags broke down and I had to rebag and eventually dump myself. They just now raised prices after cutting my services by 50%! This is atrocious.

      This is the worst trash service ever in Fairfax County and i wish someone will put them out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      It is almost impossible to contact this company. From my expereince, if you are extremely lucky to get through, they say one thing, but then they don't always follow up. Worst company/organization I have ever dealt with. I am still waiting for a response to the 10+ emails I have sent this company since I cannot get through to them on the phone. Wish I could give a "0" rating on bbb.org.
