    Terrible unreliable. Towing company confirmed an emergency out of gas call complete with tracking info. A half hour later they canceled for no reason and without even the courtesy of a phone call. Mind you I am sitting in a car with no heat on a sub freezing morning. Shame!

    Geico road service contacted Auto Rescue of Fairfax when I had a sudden flat tire. Calvin arrived not only quickly but in fact much earlier than the estimated arrival, had all the tools and skills/knowledge to quickly assess the best way to get a working tire onto my car, including explaining all the options and the costs (very minimal!) for the nail puncture that had flattened the tire. Great communication and service, really great guys, an extremely positive experience. They even filled my spare tire, just in case!

    I had the absolute best experience and our service was provided by Jon L on Nove 3, 2022. He replaced a flat with my spare on a Porsche Cayenne. The dispatcher said our servicer would arrive in 60 minutes but Jon L arrived in only 45 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and began working in seconds, and within less than 30 minutes, he had replaced the flat. Jon L was courteous, professional, efficient and he handled the problem perfectly. What a positive experience! Diane
