    Being introduced to Joyce was truly a blessing. The VA disability claims process can be extremely frustrating but she made me feel that I was in great hands from the very start. No matter when or what my question was she answered both promptly and patiently. Her vast knowledge of veterans affairs made me feel very at ease. I'm greatly appreciate her efforts and highly recommend her services.

    I was referred to Mrs. Joyce by one of her former clients, and she exceeded my expectations! Not with my outcome (which was the best case scenario), but how much she cared about achieving maximum results. The process took about a year to complete, which is nothing compared to the 20 years I've been fighting this battle. She sent periodic reminders that my case was still under review, which helped a lot. The longer they review, the more the back pay will be!?? Everything played out exactly as she explained. My family and I can't thank her enough! ??????

    Joyce and the staff explained the process every step of the way. If there were any questions about uploading documents they could talk you through it. The process is long, but just be patient. I was recommended and I was not disappointed. I will now be giving recommendations.
