- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Email notification of problem within 72 hours after receipt to [email protected] (no phone or verbal notifications unless email has been completed. Reason for return and return with all paperwork, certifications, paperwork included with item return. We are not responsible for damage to items on return trip so please insure and or pack very securely. Returns should be mailed (postmarked) within 14 days of receipt. Any tampering/exchanging diamonds or colored natural gems negates refund status and may result in criminal charges. If item arrives damaged you should immediately notify USPS of damage and email us within 48 hours. No refunds on custom made, sized ar customer requested alterations to original product.
