After removing my card from the account that Dodson never had my permission to keep on file, neither verbal nor written. They then proceeded to add my debit card again, and yet again, without verbal or written permission charge it for services they never rendered. Best company I have ever had to deal with they always work around my schedule they fixed my problems at home if I see any issues I can call Rob ****** and he gets me right on his schedule Rob always contacts me a week before coming to make sure that everything works for me he always calls me when he is finished to make sure I’m pleased with everything if he ever forgets to do anything he comes right back and fixes it I will always have them take care of my house and I will only deal with Rob ****** I suggest that if you ever need pest control please contact them and ask for Rob ****** he’s the best guy to have take care of your house I’m sure the other guy are good at their jobs but I will always use Rob ****** to take care of my house he’s one of the only people I trust in my house if I’m not homeReview fromChris M

I placed a negative review on 8/8/23. Larry, the manager, reached out to me to explore how they could correct things and provide their expected high level of service. Alan, the district manager, then reached out to schedule a home re-treatment at no additional charge and at my convenience. Alan was professional and expert and provided the excellent level of service that I had previously received. Both of them were exemplary and I change my rating to 5/5 A+. Thank you!
