    The technician was punctual and well mannered. He was respectful of me and our home. He was very easy to work with. He conducted a thorough termite inspection of our garage and basement as well as outside. I also appreciated that he was wearing a face mask and shoe covers. I am a very satisfied customer for almost eight years.

    The technician was very friendly and took the time to explain and answer my questions. After the initial treatment we noticed tiny black ants and they promptly returned and treated. A few days later I noticed wasps going on and out of a rain gutter, again Landlock came back out promptly and treated that too. Excellent customer service!

    Technicians are always courteous and thorough. We have used for 2 years now and have no complaints. We get a courtesy call the day prior to a visit and it is great because I usually forget they are coming. Technician leaves the invoice on the door if we are not able to answer when he finishes.
