I would leave 0 star rating if I could. Communication is poor and service is not good. I had them here multiple times to work on my furnace and it still did not work. Another company checked it and it was a very simple fix. The problem was actually caused by the last person who worked on it from Billy’ s AC. Billy promised to get someone back to check it and no one ever came. Would not recommend this business.Review fromGreg S

Jaimie of Billy’s AC came out to inspect and repair one of my AC units after filing a claim with my home warranty. He came at the appointed time, was friendly, and knew exactly what the problem was. I plan on using them (Jaimie) again in the future. Thank you so much!!!Review fromAna A

My family has worked with Billy's AC Service for a long time. They have always been professional, responsive, and they have the expertise that is necessary. This past May, Mr. Myers himself worked with me on my problem and kept me up-to-date on everything, replied in a timely manner always, and was very fair and decent when it came to pricing. All of his employees are also very professional. Of course, in the spring and summer, they are going to be busy. I think they go above and beyond. Any time I got in touch with Mr. Myers this year, he was always on the issue and doing his best to get it solved. His technicians solved my A/C problem in time for the coming summer. I have ***** ******** **** ******** and was assigned Billy’s A/C for my service work. Billy Myers was who I spoke with and he was honest and helpful throughout the process of my claim. Mr Myers was up front with me about the fact that he was currently working to get to my warranty request but there were other claims ahead of mine. Mr Myers was realistic with me on when he could have his crew assess my issues and he came through as he had explained. I as everyone with a breakdown wanted immediate help but that was not possible because I didn’t have any emergency situations that would dictate such. Mr Myers crew fixed my issues in a realistic time frame that he was upfront and honest about with me. Nobody wants to be left with no HVAC when a breakdown occurs but it happens to us all at some point. Being without comforts from time to time is just life and not at the fault of the person your waiting to come fix it. Bottom line I’m pleased with my service from Mr Myers and will be using him in the future.Review fromAnn H

Billy’s A/C Service is AMAZING! Within 2days of calling *** to request service, they called me and had the part ON THE TRUCK and fixed my AC within 10 minutes. The last *** contractor didn’t call us when they said they would, had to order a part, and didn’t get it fixed for SIX weeks…. If we ever have problems again we are going to request they assign us Billy’s Heating & Air. THEY ARE AWESOME!!!Review fromMichelle J

What a joke of a business. Absolutely zero communication, he NEVER answers his phone and only demands on texting, which he doesn’t respond back to either. We had an appointment with him through *** and the window for him to come was from 9:00-2:00pm. There was someone waiting at the house all day long, but her never showed up. After texting, I finally got through to him and he said he tried calling the number he had but it was a disconnected number so he wasn’t going to show up. Clearly someone messed up because this isn’t the first vendor to come to our house for the same problem and home shield gave the correct number to the other vendor. So instead of coming to the house like he was supposed to he skipped and then had the audacity to say he was to busy for the rest of the week and we wasn’t coming at all. Been waiting for Billy to show up for air conditioner repair since November and it’s now April…If you don’t want to do warranty contract work then you shouldn’t be on the list to do it! 90 degrees in my house yesterday ??Unacceptable!Billy's A/C Service, LLC

I told ***** ******** **** ******** i couldn't do this work order for them. Mrs. ****** it's over a 121 miles round trip for me. Not sure why warranty company couldn't find someone local to service her. I am very sorry Mrs. ****** had to go thru this.Review fromSarah B

I put a request in through ******** **** ****** ***** to have my A/C looked at on September 9, because it was not cooling anymore and there was ice building up on the internal and external components. I was assigned Billy's A/C LLC and was told that Billy's would be in touch. I did not hear anything from them by the 13th so I began calling and text messaging them. Over the next 24 hour period I got intermittent text messages from Billy before getting a message from *** that my appointment had been set for Friday September 16. A tech came out to the house on the 16th, on time and was very friendly but stated that he was not able to troubleshoot the system because of the ice that was on the components. He stated that his father did all the scheduling and would be in touch shortly to reschedule. I heard nothing by Tuesday Sept. 20 so I texted Billy. No one texted me back but a new work order was sent to me by *** with an appointment for Friday Sept. 23. The Tech arrived on the 23rd on time and checked the Freon level stating that it was good and asked to see the air handler inside. I took him inside and he took a look at the evaporator coil and stated that it was really dirty and blocking air flow which was causing the unit to freeze. He went to his van and came back with an spray can and sprayed it on the evaporator coil. He stated that I could turn my A/C on and then left. I left the house and returned about 3 hours later to find my A/C frozen again. I looked at the evaporator coil and it was still completely covered in dirt and pet hair. I ended up scrapping all the junk off and cleaning the coil myself. After the coil was clean I turned the A/C on and it has been working perfectly since. What is frustrating is the tech knew exactly what the issue was, he told me the issue and he still did not take the time to do a thorough job. I would not recommend Billy's A/C, their communication is sorely lacking and their service work is shoddy at best.Billy's A/C Service, LLC

i did apologize to Mrs ****** about the lack of communication. Her evaporator coil in air handler was very dirty. My tech called me and said it was one of the top 10 dirtiest coils he had ever seen. He tried to clean it with coil cleaner and thought it would be ok for now and wouldn't ice up. he told me to do it properly for the customer we need to pump the unit down and completely remove the coil and clean it thoroughly with coil cleaner, to get the pet hair, mold, and mildew. off coil We didn't have time to do it that day. Chris ****** was there and said he didn't realize there was a filter in it. It has never had a filter. Mrs. ***** said thru text she didn't want us to come back. She had to pay ******** **** ****** for the service fee. She canceled her work order with ******** **** ******, and should have gotten a refund. I never charged her a dime for anything. My son said Chris was one one the nicest person you could ever deal with. We have done over 39,000 jobs for ******** **** ****** as of yesterday my overall average 4.2 of out of 5. We are human and do make mistakes. She did not except my Apology and would not let us come back to make things rightReview fromDAVID K

Billy's technician promptly scheduled a service call and arrived as scheduled. Professional and knowledgeable. Repairs were done quickly and A/C is working as it should. We will call them for any future repairs.
