    If I could give them no starts I would. I won many lots of antique glass of all kinds. Waterford jat strongwater, Murano. Lots of MCM glass. They packed 12 boxes and didn’t use bubble wrap. It was all wrapped in paper. It made me sick to see all this beautiful glass broken. None of it made it. I even asked to have this packed in bubble wrap but no they packed it in paper and shipped it across the country. They have been in business a long time. There supposed to know how to pack or take it to ups. There horrible.

    It’s been 3 months since I ordered. Today a new email saying they can’t send the order this week. It’s paid for and packed and they make nothing but excuses.

    They misrepresented themselves. We had a clear out agreement that included selling item of value and donation of everything else. They have refused to provide a document showing what was donated. What was sold was minimal and did not include any of our antiques and collectibles. When I went back to check on progress, I found d an antique platter, worth approximately $50 in the trash.
