Connect Shareholder Services, LLC recently contacted us and eventually assisted us in obtaining unclaimed property from the state for a family member. With so many scams we're seeing these days when we're contacted by a stranger, it would've been easy to be suspect. Especially since the relative passed 12 years ago. But after logging on the *** website plus the fact they had more than ample amount of our family's personal information, they appeared totally legitimate . . . and they are!!! I know what it means to get an A+ rating by the BBB because my company also has an A+ rating. The *** process was seamless, they were easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend them enough and if I could give a review of > 5 stars I certainly would!!!Connect Shareholder Services LLC

Excellent professional services firm that delivers for the individual in unclaimed property cases. They earn their fee with the filing and follow up communication. I would like to stress the word earn. They have the filing experience, the contacts in various states to follow up on the status of the claim, and communicate with you via emails, texting, phone calls. Whatever communication channel works for you.1. I received a letter from the company indicating I had unclaimed property. You can do this yourself, but you might not get your claim. 2. I looked into the company, what it does, its mission statement and reviews. 3. Have hired other professional services etc. and decided this would be good decision in these circumstances.4. Contacted the firm. For most things, I scanned documents and sent them via email or text messages to the professional who handled my claim. This eliminates things getting lost, or delays via **** conveyance of paper. The company filed the claim the same day I sent it electronically, 5. I was told that this state is slow with claims approval and the wait time was fairly long. This is true and it was expected. 6. Follow up came about midway through the waiting period to remind me it was still under way at the state.7. Received notice from my CSS representative that the state approved it and a check would be sent. 8. I received the check and was able to pay the bill with ********, as soon as I saw the check.This review could be shorter, but this was how the process worked for me. It was excellent. Yes you can do this yourself, some things in life are worth have an expert handle for you. This is one of them. The second ****** search term that comes up when you put in Connect Shareholder Services is the name followed by legit. Short answer: YES Terrific people to work with. Extremely efficient and as friendly as your next door neighbor! *************************** is a very pleasant and talented in assisting my Passed Father's loose ends and gave me ************** to get this done right and quickly. I am thinking how difficult it must be hunting these cases down and finding family members that respond. Anyway I have to give yet another staff member an A+ rating. Her name is ****. What a sweetie to assist and finish case up. Must say I was surprised the fee was a mere 10% as well. Just done the way it should be.
