I was very pleased with the company's service. They were professional and friendly. They delivered and picked up the storage box in a timely manner. I would definitely use their service again.

Hi ****,I am sorry to read your review and we are disappointed as well. We do clean our storage units before delivery to a customer. We strive to accommodate every customer. I do remember our drivers met you in Powhatan prior to your renting a box to ensure the grassy field was dry enough for a box, and another time to move the box for you. Was there ever any indication you were having ***** or rodent issues during the six months it was on the grass? We dont know if the door was open very often or for how long or what was stored in the unit. We talked several times before now and we were not aware that you had this negative experience. ********************************************
