    Our experience with CBC was extremely disappointing. We hired them to assist with all things ABA billing, expecting professionalism and transparency.
    When we inquired about the charges and asked for clarification on the services provided, we were met with hostility. Rather than addressing our concerns professionally, they became defensive and were unwilling to address concerns. I was told I was ruining the relationship and was called disrespectful and unnecessary. Their inability to accept feedback and lack of responsiveness to emails only added to the frustration. When we switched to another billing company after they ended the contract, we found how much money we were still owed in claims and how much easier some of the processes were.
    If you’re looking for a billing company that values its clients and operates with integrity, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
