    After the change of ownership the company has failed to maintain an active role in employee relations. I lost a year of work history due to the changes as well as cause to NOT be eligible for Short term disability however my deductions are still ongoing I attempted to change My deductions 01/2024 directly after they became effective due to not being able to afford them I have continuously attempted to have the deductions changed I cannot afford to live w/deductions greater to 50% of my take home but cannot get a live person neither qualify for QLE due to age more than anything else however I continue to show up as much as My mental health will allow. at least allow a live person to speak as well as honor my employment dates the company had a date to acquire the new company the employer should not have to pay the price plus continue to pay the price when its not at fault
