We hired this company for our hardwood flooring sanding and refinishing. The quality of the work we got was really bad. When asked to correct it, they did fix partially but asked for more money for fixing remaining areas. The owner indicated that he warned about not getting great results with light color stain which I do not remember honestly however assuming he did that I would have preferred that they do not do the work that they are not comfortable with rather than messing it up entirely and still taking money. I had them install the *** in my other house which was ok. It was still not a work with great finishing touch. I paid close to 12.5k to them for sanding and refinishing the wood floor and than had to redo entirely with other contractor who did it for a price which is less than what this guys charged and that too with much higher quality.I would strongly recommend that do not use this company for your flooring needs. They are super professional in conversation however quality of the work is really bad

We had a very bad experience with this company.. we had a flooring project in my house in front of my living room area its kind of hallway covered with carpet so we wanted to remove the carpet & do the *** flooring.. so we found this guy from a website.. he is the only person handle everything.. as we sign the contract we paid down payment and then whatever the rest of the amount! but last minute he said end of the day we going to have the problem! Which means he couldnt connect to the other Lvp what we already have my kitchen area he got to finish with shoe mold or whatever its really needs to done and he said it going to be extra cost but we said okay.. because we have to complete the jobbut we talk and decide we can arrange on other day and fix the problem! It's before june 10th .. after almost one month i call him one time he answered and said he going to come and fixhe said he busy for a another month then i wait so long and call him he blocked my number and text finally i call him from my friend cell phone.. he answered!! And he available for another project he left behind incomplete job in front of my living room now .. he left with temporary wiggle trim around that new lvp now all tiles are shaking when we walk.. paying more than $2000 I will end it up with this situation! Please help me at least get my money back because we know now he is dont know how to do trim or shoe mold or whatever thats why he dont want to show up.. if he said that earlier we never start the process!!!
