- The purchaser of any products shall comply with the following agreements and here in statements regarding refund for service and/or products.
Service
Shall include but not limited to instructional and/or blended learning, whether formal or informal, certification or subject matter learning is purchased via the website (www.centurycllc.com) or invoicing. Service shall be better described as classes, courses, education, training, certification, assessment, inspection, reporting, planning, and/or action.
Product
Shall include but not limited to instructional and/or consulting information that is regarding materials or subject matter material related to service(s) rendered. Products, suchas, certification cards whether hard print or electronic certification will not be refunded. All sales and receivable of materials are final.
Position
If a student, customer, attendee, participant of any such service(s) (Products exclusive) will be required to notify Century Concepts by email or phone greater than 48 hours prior to the service time and date in order to receive a FULL refund or any service. If there is no notification of cancellation of service(s) prior to the 48-hour time frame, no refund will be rewarded. Documentation of extenuating circumstance will be required for occasions whereclaim has been made in order to relinquish a refund of any unforeseen natural or manmade occasions. Century Concepts and any of its providers and/or instructors reserve the right to make a cancellation for any reason that is reasonable and shall reschedule the participant for service to an earliest as convenient time and location as needed.
Processing of returns may take up to 10 business days to process as our commerce retailer has expected margins of return to the device or transaction method used.
Cancellation within the 48-hour time frame and participant is not willing to reschedule service, a $25.00 processing fee will apply to all service(s) available by Century Concepts. This fee is non-negotiable. It is encouraged, strongly, that the participant is willing to reschedule their respective service(s) as chosen to avoid this processing fee.
