My single mother, who barely moved to ******** 5 years ago, has suffered greatly due to this company. They saw her home, knew she couldn't afford $25K in fees, and still led her to believe they'd help with insurance. Anthony Restoration took advantage of the situation. From start to finish, the experience was marked by poor communication, negligence, and disrespect for our property.Delayed Response and Misleading Communication:After our pipe burst, we simply called to inquire about next steps and pricing. We were told, "We are on the way," but a three-hour delay followed. Disrespect for Property and Religious Beliefs:Despite multiple requests, the team handled our religious items without permission, even placing bathroom products on a sacred shelf.Additional Damage and Inaccurate Reporting:Most of our items were left in the house and not properly packed, leading to mold growth.Negligence Leading to Further Damage:The team caused a second leak by failing to turn off the water line after moving the refrigerator, which the plumber confirmed as their fault.Lack of Safety Precautions:The temperature inside our home reached *****F, causing discomfort. Later, the ** broke, and we had to pay for emergency repairs. At no point were we advised to wear masks or take safety precautions while debris spread throughout the house.Unprofessionalism and Poor Communication:There was no communication from the team. When we raised concerns, we were ignored. Conclusion:I strongly recommend avoiding Anthony Restoration. Their negligence and lack of professionalism caused both physical and emotional distress for my family.

Anthony Restoration in Gainesville, aka Operation Advisors. Dont use them. I think they may pay ****** for their name to be always on the top of searches. They are the perfect example of making the BIGGEST profit on someones catastrophic event. I have a 3 level townhouse, the pipe was leaking on the second floor. They brought 3 dehumidifiers and 11 fans. 2 dehumidifiers were on the bottom floor and 1 dehumidifier on the second floor. Per what they told us, after one week of drying, the bottom floor was dry but the one area in second floor was not to the dry standard. So they brought another machine, an infrared machine to dry the problematic area. All fifteen machines were burning my money. They could have turned off the bottom floor and brought the dehumidifier to the second floor. They let all those useless fans on to burn my money. The longer and the more machines they have running, and the more drywall and floors they tear down, the more they can charge you. They ended up charging us $19843.19 with 107-line items for less than 2 weeks or a total of 16 hours of work. I reviewed each item. They charge Emergency call for $346. We told them we have already paid the emergency call and asked them to remove this charge. They said this charge was for bringing the tools to the house. My bottom floor, which was sat on concrete, had no water damage. They tore down the floor simply so that they can charge for every little bit of it. By the way, they spent more time on measuring everything for their billing purpose than actually doing the water damage treatment. The person who does the work took a lot of pictures. The billing person calculate all these 107-line items based solely on the pictures and the measurements. From what I understand, the billing person gets a commission Do yourself a favor, and dont fall into Anthony Restorations trap. Search a little more and deeper to find a company who will do the work for a fixed price.
