  I found the service offered by Vanan **** to be sufficiently organized. The translation service was accurate and complete. Overall, support and front line staff showed effective listening and communication skills. The pricing appears reasonable in today's market. The company offers several options on forwarding and returning documents to the consumer.

  My organization has used Vanan a number of times over the past few years to translate documents. We have always found their services reliable, timely, cost efficient and accurate. They have an extensive list of languages they can provide services for and are my go-to stop when I need something translated into an uncommon or rare language. We have used them for both confidential, protected documents, as well as non-protected documents and they were willing and eager to work with us through the necessary processes to ensure the proper confidentiality and documentation was always maintained. We will continue to use Vanan for our translations in the future.

  I have sent many translation and captioning requests to Vanan, and so far, the quality of each translation is very good. It is very clear and the tone is so natural.Also, the response is fast. Vanan's customer support always replys immediately no matter what time of day I contact.I recommend Vanan for Japanese translation work.I will continue to ask Vanan for translations in the future.

  We have been using Vanan for a few months now and have been very pleased with the quality of work. We switched from another company which did a mediocre job. The return time has been very timely. If there happens to be an issue with the transcription, the customer service team is quick to respond and get a corrected version out right away. I would recommend Vanan services.
