- A 30 day return policy is applied to all products. The exception are final sale products.
Please call 1-800-641-4111 or e-mail [email protected] for an
Return Merchandise Authorization number to be displayed on the box as well as a
copy of your receipt to expedite your refund.
Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all
instructions in original boxes & and accessories such as screws and mounting
brackets. Within 30 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise a
refund will be issued in the manner in which it was paid( for example, credit
card purchase will be issued a credit to that customers credit card) . Shipping
is paid by the customer for all returns. Shipping is not a refundable expense.
Any shipping charges incurred by RELIABLE CHIMES, INC. from UPS or USPS shall
be deducted from the refund. Should the merchandise not be returned in
accordance with this policy RELIABLE CHIMES, INC. shall charge the customer a
restocking charge not to exceed 25%. Security cameras restocking will be 25% .
Security mirrors returns will have a 25 % restocking charge for returns/
exchanges unless found to be defective by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for
returns for exchange on Security Mirrors are deducted from any adjustment.
Wholesale orders will incur a 25% restocking fee. ALL SALES MARKED AS FINAL
will not be accepted for return. Returns must have an RMA to expedite your
refund or exchange. Merchandise returned for exchange will have no deduction for
shipping with the exception of the items noted above - Business Categories
