Safford dealer has my truck in there service since 2 weeks to repair the damage they did to my truck after they had to replace the headliner and took the windshield out . Since then my truck has water leaking true the windshield and shorting my dashboard and water piling in the food area the tail gate opening while driving and the truck will not turn off when pushing the ignition button. I have not got to a resolution with safford to either get all electrical component replace or offer the replace the truck since I can't trust the full function it anymore

I took my 2019 Dodge Ram to ******** Dodge as instructed by ************** because it was still under manufactured warranty. It was running rough and losing coolant. I told ******** Dodge service that the mechanic at ************** said they thought it was a head gasket. The service advisor told me that there is no way the mechanic could know this. They looked at my truck and said it was a bad ignition coil and spark plug. I also needed to have the injector system cleaned. They charged me $1000. After repairs I took my truck home. Still not riding right. I checked the coolant level and it was almost empty. Next day I called the service advisor again telling them what was happening. They asked me to bring it in again. And they couldn't believe that they missed this. I took it in and in 2hours they told me it was in deed a bad head gasket. A couple weeks after they replaced the head gasket I was driving home from work. The truck overheated and red lined. I called them again. Had it towed back again. This time they said a hose came loose. I asked if they checked anything else because it overheated. They said it drove fine.

A few weeks ago, my fianc and I purchased a 2021 ***** Silverado HD **** at Safford in Fredericksburg. Upon going to look at the truck, we noticed major exterior cosmetic damage (scratches) to multiple areas on the vehicle. When we express our concerns, we were guaranteed that they would be able to buff those out with no issue, so we continued on with the process. The tires that came with the truck were not going to be able to accommodate what we are primarily using the vehicle for, so we asked if there was any way we could get them swapped out for a more all-terrain set. The dealership would not agree to that so we decided to pay extra for the tires that we wanted and installation at the dealership, and since ***** told us that we could get decent money by selling the tires on the truck when we purchased it. We agreed and Decided to purchase the truck for around $60K. We went and dropped the truck off the following Sunday so that it could be detailed and the new tires installed that Monday. We had a family member pick up the vehicle, since we live about 1.5 hours from the dealership. Upon getting the truck back, the old tires were not left in the truck and there was no detailing done, whatsoever. We later found out that if it rains, they dont have a way to accommodate any sort of detail work and they also claimed to have thrown out our original tires (with less than 19K miles of ****), completely contradicting everything we discussed during the sale. Coincidentally, every time Ive been able to get someone on the phone (First *************************- Sales Manager, then pushed off to ************* Manager, and than back to ***********************, our sales person) they all point the finger at one another and I end up back at square one with no solution. So here we are, two weeks later, 6+ hours of driving time back and forth, with no resolution on the cosmetic damage or the tires that we rightfully purchased the vehicle with and that were kept
