    Back in 2019 **** did a deck demolition and rebuild for me. The work was excellent and I was nothing but satisfied with both the experience and the work that was done. Now here is what inspired me to come on an post a review. Several years later while having another totally unrelated project done at my house, I discovered, through no fault of ****'s that the county failed to properly log the final inspection. When I tried to get the county to correct the issue, they came back out, and failed my deck based on building codes not being enforced at the time of construction and refused to accept the records **** had showing they had improved final inspection.Once ***** with ******************* what happened, he personally came out, made the changes to comply with current business code, and got things straight with the county. If that is not a commitment to customer satisfaction, I don't know what is. In an age where customer service and satisfaction has gone by the wayside, this is truly a local company that cares. If you're looking for construction this is a great business that does great work.
