  I reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions when my basement began leaking on the day of a home inspection. Since the house was under contract and needed to sell, I required a quick resolution. Project Manager Adam ********* responded immediately, arriving on-site, assessing the situation, and explaining my options in a straightforward manner. The following week, Foreman **** and the skilled installation team—K’nell, Ricky, and George—arrived fully prepared. They reviewed the scope of the project and efficiently installed a French drain in just one day. Throughout the process, they took extra care to protect the home using tarps and duct covers, leaving the space vacuumed and even cleaner than before. The entire experience was seamless. Fortress offers flexible payment options and will accept payment at the real estate settlement, which meant no out-of-pocket expenses for me. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional service and professionalism they provided. Fortress took the stress out of the situation and made the entire process surprisingly pleasant!

  We hired Fortress Foundations Solutions to install seven push piers. Three weeks before scheduled work they notified us that it will cost us additional two thousand dollars because apparently ******* County is now requiring to have soil inspection and independent inspector to be present during repairs. We contacted ******* County and they responded that they always require soil inspection and independent inspector to be present. So, Fortress Foundations just decided to make extra profit. We agreed to pay $18,000 for installation and it was performed at the end of November. After installation Fortress Foundation just used the dirt which was excavated to fill seven huge holes right next to house walls. They didn’t even try to compact the soil and left because they had to move the crew to the new job site the next day. Last night pretty bad rain storm started and when I went outside to check I found that the water is now standing right against the walls of the house where Fortress is installed push piers. Because Fortress is never compacted the soil and it is very soft and muddy, it is now impossible to even stand next to the walls where repairs were done. My boots were sinking into the ground several inches anywhere close to area of repairs. I had to go in the middle of the night and cover with tarp the area where Fortress Foundation performed repairs because standing rain water accumulated against the walls. If before we had grass growing next to the walls of the house, now we have mud, gravel, stones, bricks, pieces of drainage pipe and garbage which Fortress Foundations left where repairs were done. Nothing can grow where they installed push piers, it's just mud and stones. We now have to spend significant amount of money to remove dirt and clay, install new screened soil, compact and grade it to take the water away from the house. The worst thing is that the crack because of which we decided to install push piers is actually increased in size after installation.

  Lucky and the team at Fortress did a great job on our basement. Now when it rains we can go to bed and get a good night sleep instead of staying up all night running shop vacs and sump pumps.

  From the estimate to completed projects it went quite smoothly. Clarence ******** and his team were friendly and professional and we actually enjoyed having them around. He explained the process and updated us at various points during the project so we could see the progress. We had three projects - basement water mitigation including a battery backup for our sump pump, crawlspace sealing, and raise the concrete patio so water would shed away from the house. His team worked really hard and I couldn't tell them enough how much we appreciated it. It has taken a LOT of stress off of our shoulders and we are so happy with the outcome.

  Travis Farmer was my foreman, he was very professional and took pride in his work and crew. He also kept me posted on progress and made sure I was happy. His crew was great also, very polite! They completed a basement system and craw space encapsulation for me and it turned out fantastic! Way to go Travis!
