"I have changed my phone number with GTL last year and I still have a $57.34 credit on my old phone account, I have called these people on multiple occasions requesting my money be returned to me and this has been since October 2024, and I have yet to see my refund, at first they claimed that I would receive 2 checks In the amount of $20 dollars and it will **** *-10 weeks to receive it and the remainder $11 dollars is supposed to be placed back on my GreenDot card and I haven't received anything from them, when I go on Connect Network, my money is still on that phone number which should have been removed from my account by now but it hasn't, I don't know how the ************* allow these types of businesses to come in and use and abuse the American Citizens, I would like my money returned to my account." ...
