      We had three bathrooms remodeled with KBR Kitchen and Bath. From start to finish all we had was problems. It took over "two years" and the County of Fairfax had to get involved for them to take care of us. They did sloppy and unsafe work. This was confirmed by independent inspectors that we hired and the County of Fairfax Permit Department.
      Below are some highlights.
      -Multiple Code Violations for electrical, plumbing and structural issues.
      -Multiple leaks with ceiling damage.
      -Our master bath had to be demolished 3 times for them to resolve issues that they generated.
      -Over 100 issues between the 3 bathrooms. Some were cosmetic others were very major and required demolition.
      KBR is inept, unprofessional and performed outright illegal/unsafe work.
      I can provide full documentation and photos to confirm this review is honest and accurate.

      In August,2022 KBR on Wisconsin Ave in Bethesda started a renovation/remodel in my home. The job was projected to be completed in November,2022. It wasnt completed until July, 2023! It was a terrible experience including using outside contractors which they claim they do not do. One group of technicians showed up in a van with another company's logo on the side. Communicating with them is impossible. The designer had a good eye, but she was not good on detail. She specked a kitchen sink that couldn't be used because the cabinet that it was being installed into couldn't accommodate the original sink. The bathtub couldn't accommodate the hardware. There was supposed to be a cabinet that would accommodate a microwave oven but she specked a cabinet that was only 12 inches deep. There are no microwave ovens that are that narrow. Part of the project included installing a closet. They indicated they were using a specific company to install the closet. I vetted the company and agreed to use their services. Without informing me they changed to a different contractor. The product was inferior and not what was agreed on. After a great deal of "discussion" the closet was removed and I arranged for a different company to design and build a closet. There were 4 project managers in the job. The first one lasted one day and was gone before the project even started. The second one lasted three weeks neglected to make sure the supplies were on site so technicians were coming and not able to do work because the supplies were not here. He lasted about three weeks. The third one came and became frustrated about me complaining about the inferior closet and missing items and simply left the job saying that he wasn't going to serve as the project manager anymore and his supervisor would take over. All in all it was a terrible experience, and I urge anyone that might be considering using them to stay far away.
