      I have been using roboform for many many years. I don't know what I would do without it. The few times I needed support, was a little rough getting the ticket open, but from then on they have been great at responding. The only downside is due to Amazon's poor business practice keeping them off their Kindle Fire devices without an explanation. Fortunately they are available on the Google App store. I liked their original encryption with one login for the account, and one different one for the master password, but they changed that a bunch of years back to a single user/password (I understand why they did it, but I did like the option of extra security. They now have 2FA which serves the purpose). In all of these years, they haven't failed me, and keeping up with web login's isn't easy.

      They failed me. 1. Software didn't work past 10 entries. 2. Support was a out dated ticket system/ slow no live chat. 3. I upgraded to enterprise to see if the top package/ software would resolve my issue no! 4. When support did get back to me, they didn't realize I had an account. 5. Once they realized I had an account they didn't fix it nor would the offer me a refund! Absolutely disgusting thing to do! I tried over and over to get support to offer me a credit nope. I took it to LinkedIn and you think they would even issue a reply? Nope! Since they wanted to keep offering such failed service, they own this review. #Roboform #Failure #Enterprise #Software

      I am an ****** **** user and Siber Systems bought them out and am being pushed ********. One problem: I have a paid license for ****** **** which isn't good for ********. Now Siber Systems wants to charge me a YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION. I don't want 3/4 of the features of ********, only a basic program like ****** **** that I ALREADY PAID FOR. ****** **** users: BEWARE!!! You will be charged more if you install this junk! They will give you a year, but after that you will pay though the nose! Also, after reading the other comments here and on various other sites, if you pay for 1 version, that license wont carry to a newer version, and you'll have to pay AGAIN. I seriously hope ****** **** users file a lawsuit, because I would join it. I reinstalled ****** **** and will continue to use that. This company is a money grabbing rip off!

      Hello, Thank you for using Allway Sync. Allway Sync will no longer be supported and GoodSync is a similar program that allows an easy transition. Our licenses are a bit different. If you purchase a GoodSync license you will be able to update and keep using the same application even when a new version is released.

      I purchase Roboform 7 about 10 years ago and have hundreds of passwords in my file. I really liked the program but they have now made version 7 not compatible with their computer system. I no longer have access or the ability to manage hundreds of my passwords. I purchase the program for $38.80 (not a subscription) and their last solution was for me to now purchase a 10 year subscription at $238.80.

We offer a free upgrade to the new version that allows you to continue to use RoboForm also on a single device for free. If you wish to get our premium version that allows for unlimited devices, that is a $23.88/yr subscription with discounts up to 5 years. There is no 10 year subscription option.
