    I am not happy with capital auto body shop. I brought my Chrysler Pacifica to their shop to have a estimate provided so I think your repair a scratch on the side of my vehicle not only am I opinion was the estimate exorbitant of close to $6000 as they wanted to replace the door, as they were inspecting the vehicle, they removed my trim, broke my trim on the side door the top trim I never got back they put dirt on the inside of my vehicle and dust throughout my vehicle as I complained, they waved a piece of paper in my face that I signed Showing that they had the right to touch my vehicle. This is not excuse the dust and dirt in my vehicle. I decided to get my car repaired elsewhere and only paid $750 to have the scratch rectified without having to replace the side door, they proceeded to charge money close to $500 For them to order the trim and install new trim they did wipe down the vehicle.however they never replaced the cabin air filter. They Did not remove the seats to ensure that there was no dust when they got done. Glue is now sticking out the side of the trim that they installed some pieces. Have scratch marks on them and a piece appears to be loose. Now I have to go to another professional shop to have the job done correctly. I will never bring my car back to this place again. I gave them an opportunity to make it right and my opinion they did a half witted job.
