      i wish i could leave 0 stars honestly. i live in a gated hudson community in ************* called ************. since living here i have had nothing but problems. when i first moved in my ice machine was broken and nobody hooked up running water so when i turned the sinks on nothing came out. this is when i shouldve known. months go by and i live underneath an unruly tenant who eventually they evicted. takes them 2 months to clean the apartment just for them to let another person move in and be a problem. my neighbors above me currently do NOT follow any lease protocol. they leave trash outside which has caused them to damage my things due to trash dripping down. my doorbell camera is now broken and i had to throw away my doormat because it was disgusting. the lease also says we have quiet hours and the people upstairs are anything but silent between 10pm-6am. and again this is per the lease agreement. they will stomp n carry on as well as vacuum in the middle of the night. to top it all off they had a kiddy pool upstairs leaking all over my porch which is another lease violation. i confronted management IN PERSON because my phone calls and emails were ignored basically, she told me were walking a fine line and the equal fair housing opportunity over trumps them or something along those lines? doesnt make sense to me if we all signed a lease and agreed to it. why would she not have to follow just because she is part of the equal fair housing opportunities. it is may 17th 2024 and my air condition has also been broken since april basically when i tried to turn it on once warmer weather approached. i have told management and maintenance. instead of calling a professional they mess around and tell me all sorts of nonsensical things, like i mustve made it go into emergency lockout but now they want to tell me they need nitrogen to find and leak and they dont know where the leak is.. wouldnt you use dye? dont ever rent from these people especially ************.

      ''The Westwood Village has by far the Worst Community Management and HOA. They are Not civil and respectful in anyway. Treat tenants very poorly and aggressively. Use Racial profiling. The management creates a lack of trust in community institutions, and a lack of sense of belonging or connection among the residents. They are not inclusive, with no diverse representation of its members, and they are definitely not respectful of differences. Worst HOA I have ever dealt with" They are in the business of milking residents money without any services rendered

      The GatesHudson property management team over my community harassed me to the point I was forced to break my lease early. An employee was continually messing with and denying me my mail. Instead of asking their employee to stop misbehaving (by messing with tenants mail), I was banned from using the front desk amenities because they were tired of hiring about my complaints (which is what you pay for when you live in a gated community like theirs). The entire GatesHudson staff lies and lies and lies and lies. They’re all about the he said/she said game and fake witnesses that only benefits them when a problem arises (so beware when you come to them regarding a problem within the community, the conversation will likely go sideways due to their lack of empathy nor caring about tenants). The stress living under a GatesHudson property management is NOT worth it - do not buy or rent under them, just RUN

      GHCM is an unreliable and unresponsive company. They do not respond to emails or phone messages. They have no understanding of the community and only collect money for zero customer service. I have been a condo owner for 16 years and excellent standing never missing a condominium payment. I have contacted them on numerous occasions about issues or request to no avail. For weeks they did not respond to my request for new parking passes and my vehicle was towed with the one pass I had displayed in my vehicle by the scam dominion towing whom steals money as well. Everyone in the community is fearful about parking their vehicles in a parking lot that has more space than pentagon parking lot. The outside decks on each apartment are rotting away, warped, and nails popping out. The exterior buildings have been collecting dirt with no power washing. Sad this is what $322 a month gets a long time homeowner.
