    I love traveling with sunshine tours!! I have always had wonderful drivers and tour guides!!

    We have used Sunshine Tours in the past and had very good service. For the past two years, I have been totally disappointed by Sunshine's lack of professionalism and upset by the way they have treated me as a customer. I requested a quote through Sunshine's online quote system AND followed up with emails and phone calls to try to get a quote. After multiple attempts I have yet to receive any type of response. I have also talked with other colleagues who have said they were treated the same way.
    Choosing the groups you want to service is a choice made as a business BUT I would expect at least the common courtesy to return an email simply stating, "Sunshine Tours is unable to fulfill your request at this time."
