    Travel Inn doesn't deserve a rating and should be shut down or opened up as a homeless shelter.
    Rooms filthy, bugs everywhere, sheets blood stained, bed bugs, plumbing doesn't work. Curtains broken.
    Refused to credit back my account after I told desk clerk I couldn't stay in such filth.

    To whom this may concern, we are responding to complaint to the travel inn hotel July 12, 2023. Upon arrival guest did not stay in the room for more than two minutes. The report filed against us is false. There will be a note left by the customer. Also, we have contacted the health department in reference to these issues and we have passed our inspection. The customer mentioned the travel inn should be open up as a homeless shelter even though homeless shelters have standards as well. We believe that this was just a disgruntled person looking to start confusion. The reports file against us are just not true. We are here to provide. Our customers receive q great experience if any more information is needed. Please let us know.
