We recently had a new roof installed by Modern Day Roofing, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. The team was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept us informed every step of the way.
Not only does the new roof look fantastic, but the quality of workmanship and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear that Modern Day Roofing takes pride in what they do. We had a small amount of roof damage due to a wind storm. When we couldn't reach our original roofing installer, we contacted Modern Day Roofing. they were prompt and professional and quickly came out to estimate our problem. When they found out that Owens Corning had discontinued our shingles they found a supplier that had a few bundles of shingles. After obtaining them, they quickly came out and repaired our roof. Anytime we can recommend them we will and if we need a roofer in the future, they will be our first and only call.Review fromErin K

I highly recommend Modern Day Roofing! We were in a tight spot and needed a roof inspection to close on our mortgage. They managed to fit us in the same day and provided the report immediately. They even went the extra mile to revise the wording of the report to satisfy our picky lenders.

Excellent company! Chris is great to work with. From a timely quote to the finished product, communication from Chris and his team was second to none! Modern needed two days for our installation and they had to reschedule a few times due to weather issues (extreme heat and rain). We are glad that they didn’t want to expose their roofers to extreme heat and appreciate that they didn’t want to risk our roof being exposed to the elements if there was a risk of rain. They closely monitored the weather and our roof ended up being installed on two beautiful consecutive days. They protected decking and landscaped areas and cleaned up very well when finished. The roofers were very focused, skilled and their teamwork was evident. We have already received several compliments on how great our roof looks. A job well done!Modern Day Roofing, LLC

From start to finish Modern Day Roofing was excellent to deal with. We had an aging roof that needed replacement and needed to be done relatively quickly. They were able to get us on the schedule super fast as they have the manpower. Communication is very prompt and was much appreciated. Workers were like a well oiled machine removing shingling, replacing boards, installing a range vent to the roof and then shingles. They were done in a day. Our roof looks AWESOME! Modern Day Roofing Is a great company. Cory was our salesman and go to person if there was a problem which there wasn't . He is a great guy to work with and he cares , he's so polite, and we could not have asked for a better company. The workers on the roof were amazing , worked steady the whole time and was very thorough in their work. No mess was left. They were very nice and Polite. Our roof looks AMAZING and I love the SHINGLES. The neighbors were telling my husband how good it looked and how fast they worked. the same evening.We have nothing but good things to say about the workers, the company and Cory. Modern Day is perfection. I felt very comfortable with them and they were very knowledgeable. They did a full review of my roof and took pictures. explained everything. And he could have said our roof wouldn't stand another winter but said we have about 5 more years. So thankful for there honesty And I will definitely call them when the time comes for our new roof, I will also pass the word to family and friends.
I treaasure honesty, to me it is right at the top of importance. I know I can trust Modern Day.
