    I contacted Wiglesworth Tree Service several months ago (around the time of July 4th) to see if they could trim off some tree limbs on my property. I was initially told they were too busy and to call back in about a month to see how their schedule looked at that time. I called back about the time of the Labor Day holiday and was told the business owner was on vacation and to call back again about a week or so after Labor Day. I called back about a week later as requested. I have not had any return calls from this business to let me know whether or not they can do the work. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this business for not having the courtesy to return my calls and let me know, yes or no, if they can do the work. I have stopped trying to contact them. Very poor customer **********************!!

    Hi *****, very sorry you have had a bad experience with getting a response to your limbing work. We do all pruning work in the winter for the health of the trees.
