membership site. Based on these claims, BBB requested specific information from the business to address these concerns. BBB wrote to the company on April 28, 2016 and May 13, 2016, requesting an explanation of the company's fees and refund policy, the rates of revenue sharing that can be earned by members, the fees associated with membership, and copies of the business' promotional and advertising
materials. As of today, BBB has not received a response to our letter.
