    I bought a 2021 Toyota Highlander and multiple employees put WRONG information on my sales contract along with my warranty contract. Nobody told me what the low jack add on was for and it was an extra ****. When I went to correct the paperwork they did not give me a new print out with the right information. I had to go back a fourth time and ask for it. The new and corrected paperwork is not signed. I will be contacting my lawyer.

    Matt ******* of Southern Volkswagen has attempted to reach out to Charles and Stephanie ******** several times with no success to discuss any concerns they may have. Matt ******* has not heard back yet but will keep following up. This was an outside finance deal so there is no law contract ***** ******* ****** *****). Matt ******* spoke with the finance director and he was able to shed some light in regards to the information being incorrect. The sales agent was from another store (cross sale) and the street address was correct. However the city, state and zip code defaulted to Illinois. Neither Stephanie ******** or Southern Volkswagen caught it at the time of sale. Southern Volkswagen discovered it after the fact and asked Stephanie ******** to come back in so we could correct it. The address was corrected, resigned, and that was it until this complaint. Southern Volkswagen also has the signed buyers order and *** ***k forms showing Mr. ********’s acknowledgment of ******.
