    I used Dr. cool’s heating and air to check my a/c, when they came to tell me what I needed, I said go ahead with the repair and he said I already did it???? So I paid them the a/c was working. I also bought a maintenance plan for a routine service and duct cleaning that someone would call to schedule. They never came back, never called phones are disconnected emails bounce back nothing is in the spot there address says it is. Tried to dispute through bank and somehow they showed proof that they were here?

    They charged me to service my AC unit then never fulfilled the service. When trying to contact them, their website, email, and phone number were all disabled.
