    If I could give them zero stars I would. Sent paper tickets and the venue clearly states they don't accept paper tickets. **************** says they don't do digital tickets just go ahead and use the paper tickets. At the venue, they refuse us entrance. And tickets today customer service says well the tickets state no refunds!

    I used their ticket request system through Ticketmaster, and nothing went the way they outlined it would. They charged my card MORE than the maximum they directly quoted me, and did not send me any sort of confirmation email beforehand. There was an hour delay between the charge and any confirmation email, which the Ticketmaster Request FAQ page says should not happen. I understand this is a sort of lottery system, but the instructions that were directly outlined to me were not followed. The loopholes in the system are extremely dishonest, and when I reached out for customer support they were **** and unhelpful. Not sure how pre-authorizing a charge and then being charged MORE than that authorization is even legal.

    This company is a SCAM and a joke!! Ordered tickets for ***************************** in ********** and nothing. False promises on email and no phone number to call. What a **** joke!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM! They are a piece of s*** company! And 1 star is 5 stars too generous.

    I purchased pre-sale tickets through ***************************** fan club site. My tickets were suppose to be mailed to me. Instead I received a paper saying my three tickets were ordered. But no tickets were in the envelope. I have tried to contact tickets today and no answer by phone or email. Not sure what I can do the concert is in 2 weeks.

    I requested urgent help the night of a concert because my tickets were not registering as existing, even though they had sent me a reminder the same week. They literally responded 3 days after the show with "Sorry for the delay, I hope someone at the box office was able to help you!" Inexcusably poor customer service.

    Ticket Today is a terrible company. I purchased tickets, presale 7 months before a show. The agreement was tickets mailed 2 weeks before. Instead 2 weeks before I receive an email saying "will be digital/mobile" but did not provide the digital tickets, and crickets after. I tried calling their number - no answer, they don't use their phone. I emailed 3 times, and the show was coming up, and they never responded until the day after the show. We were still able to go, no thanks to Tickets Today, because I spent time reading through the Better Business Bureau complaints and saw something from them saying they send the list to the venue's box office, so we called the venue to confirm. But how are people supposed to know that -- it is nowhere in the user agreement, (which they pointed to as to why they were no help to me, even through they had already failed to deliver on their end I'm held to my end), and their website offers nothing to help their customers. This is the worst possible ticketing experience I have ever had, and I will never purchase another ticket from them.

    July 18 - I am waiting for electronic tickets purchased in February! Have e-mailed dozens of time and no one will answer the phone. I cant believe they are the ticket distribution for *****************************. Ill have to initiate a fraud charge within days as *********** is next week,
