"Horrible to deal with They just bully people who ask questions and dont want to explain their values I asked of comps used to get my values and it took a week to get a phone call Only one comp he was willing to share; 70k yet mine valued at 42k Rude and aggressive No one questions me after 40 plus years in the business Waste of time and money The appraisal process was not accurately explained to me I was told my vehicle and all the parts and improvements would be considered in the value But that was not true As a result, the value came in much lower as they would not consider improvements to the vehicle If they said, in the beginning, they would not consider a project vehicle unless it was complete I would not have paid them Since theyre not members of the bbb I doubt the care about misleading consumers and taking their money They just want the money Hope others will read this and go elsewhere"
