      The sales representative, Amy, was unresponsive and incompetent. I had to return a portion of the order and drove to the Pompano facility which was over one hour from my home. When I called Amy to confirm the quantity I had returned, she had misread the return. She confirmed the amount I was to be refunded of $714. I followed up with her on several occasions as I did not see the credit on my credit card account. After 10 days, she sent me an email stating a much lower return amount. I am still waiting for the accounting office to reply to my request. I have asked to speak with managers, and even chatted with the online representative. With no response. A very poorly managed company.
