    Rocky to the rescue again! I was experiencing downloading issues and unable to convert the contents of an email to PDF format .I contacted Rediscover System and the call was answered promptly. No waiting time at all! Technician Rocky asked how he could assist and he very quickly understood the situation and proceeded to work on it. I asked if he could show me how to, so I could resolve such issues on my own henceforth. He replied that I could always call their customer service anytime and he's also willing to show me how he dealt with the issue. Rocky is certainly a valuable asset to Rediscover System USA! It's great and comforting to know that the subscription for this computer help is worth every penny!

    I am unhappy because Rediscover charges outrageously high prices and then Rediscover does not let the coustomer cancel the service after only a week. Rediscover way they manage security services for McAfee, yet McAfee does not know anything about Rediscover!
