From my experience with this company it is complicated to use this product. **************** is a joke. The customer service agents use broken English and are hard to understand. The features on the mob app are complicated to find and use. I would never refer or recommend this company to anyone.

Absolute scam of a third-party banking app. Operates similar to a gift card without the ability to make any purchases (will always be a remaining balance due to funds only accessible via ATM usually in $20 increments), intermittent (and rare) online access through app or online browser, excessive fees for simple features like checking account balance, absolutely zero customer service and/or accountability for funds that simply disappear without explanation, questionable security features that personally, I feel are more aimed at procuring personal identifying information than keeping the account secure. When it DOES work, the app has a similar feel to the one I downloaded from an *** email I received in 2002 from a Nigerian Prince who desperately needed access to my information in order to avoid the taxes that his family was trying to levy on him - all to find out he only wanted ONE thing... which was NOT tax evasion... The only positive thing about this scheme is that a hat must be tipped to the scam-artist who convinced so many major employers to adapt their scam. They have to possess some serious talent to convince real-world professional employers to utilize their money-pit scam - and somehow continue to do so.After reading all the reviews of how they've stolen money from so many other hard-working Americans, it's understandable why their BBB rating is so low. Unfortunately, the only option now is to find which building in *********, ******** ***** they operate out of and submit a 7.62 or .300 BLK complaint form. Hopefully the wheels of government bureaucracy turn faster than my child's empty stomach.
