    Would give minus 5 if given the opportunity, bought a home had a fire, was out of state and hired this company. Thought it was going well until I arrived a couple months later and discovered things were barely moving along. The supervisors of this branch promise everything without any problems being resolved. Have contacted them multiple times about issues or waiting on a response to no avail. The lack of communication is incredible!! Since moving in have been told. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!multipe times. Buyer beware!!!!

    Customer purchased her home without inspecting the property. She subsequently had a fire and hired our company to perform the restoration repairs. During the demolition process, we discovered most of the framing had been destroyed by termites. We contacted her about this issue and discussed that this was not in our scope of repairs and was not covered by her insurance company. We agreed to repair the termite damaged framing in exchange for not performing some of the exterior repairs to the structure. Customer signed a Change Order confirming this agreement. We finished the repairs and have a signed Certificate of Satisfaction from Customer. Later, there was an issue with an exterior door which we replaced as part of the warranty. Customer contacted us about working on her exterior deck, which was part of the signed change order. We agreed to seal and stain the deck for her and to work her into our schedule. We began working on the deck and had to stop because of rain. We were scheduled to return to Customer's home this Saturday, July 7 to complete the repairs. Customer does not call during business hours. She left a message with our answering service Thursday night requesting a call back. We called back immediately and left 2 messages. Not sure what else we can do to help the customer.
